It was a very hot and sunny evening for Transforming People’s Lives summer donor evening at Shoreditch House.
The heat did not deter our loyal supporters from joining trustees and partners to find out more about the progress of Transforming People’s Lives and the work of our partners.
The gathering heard from Chair of Trustees, Peter Caton, and trustee Susan Storrar, both of whom paid tribute to Patricia Liddiard, our trustee who sadly passed away earlier in the year. Sue also spoke about Breathe, our most recent partner, as she had witnessed the programme the previous summer.
The sharing meal was delicious and the presentations from Breathe and Educare Fund were deeply moving and inspirational. By investing with Transforming People’s Lives, donors can have a huge impact on the lives of others, particularly children and young people. We were also joined by Teen Challenge UK.
Thank you to the Shoreditch House team for creating a lovely venue, marvellous food and making sure that the water as well as the wine flowed.
Our next donor evening will take place in the winter. If you would like to join our growing number of donors please contact us.
